
I’ve been running a Star Trek Adventures campaign from just after The Motion Picture (2273?) to around 2287 or so. I plan to mothball their beloved ship in around 2296. They’ve been at the peripherary of galaxy shaping events and met legendary characters while being a lynchpin in the softening attitudes of the Klingons and Federation.
This game captures Star Trek so well. Flexible and narrative, able to capture the hyper competence of Starfleets best and brightest while allowing them to be challenged.
I highly recommend this game and even if you’re wary of 2d20, I’m happy to talk about what we did to smooth out some of the wrinkles.
